We know not everyone is tech savvy, so you're welcome to contact us via a phone call or text message with general information. If we are busy with a client at the time of your call, please allow up to 24 hours for us to get back to you. Visiting our website is always the best and the fastest way to contact us.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

If you have to cancel your appointment, please notify Once Upon A Time... at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged as follows: If you scheduled a full procedure for either brows (4.5- 5 hours) or lips (3-4 hours) you will be charged 50% of the cost (full price not a promo/discounted price) of your scheduled procedure. If you scheduled a touch up/correction session, you'll be charged full price of the service.. Refunded deposits are subject to 3.2% service charge. Thank you for understanding. 

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment as stated above ( 50% for full scheduled procedure and 100% for a touch up/correction procedure).

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late ( up to 15 minutes), your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, the artist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the “full” session. If you arrive 30 minutes late, you'll be considered "no call/ no show and you'll be responsible for charges as stated above. Out of respect and consideration to the artist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

"Kid-free" Policy

We love hearing about your children. Whether they're are 2 or 4 legged ones, we want everyone to be safe. Thus we don't allow children on premises during your appointment. This service is about you and so it should be your time to relax and unwind.

Refund Policy

Once the procedure is completed, refunds will not be issued.
